Applications Available for 2 and 3 Bedroom Units
We are now accepting application forms for 2 and 3 Bedroom Units only. Housing charges are at market rate. Subsidy is not available. The application form and information on how to apply are available here.
Applications will be available for a short time only.
To be eligible to live at our co-op, your gross monthly income must not exceed 5 times the amount of the market housing charge for the unit size. More information about applying for housing is available here.
Co-op participation is required of all members.
